Take not that if you add a new property unit, by default, the status will be Vacant.
When you start a new rent for the unit/apartment, the status will changed to occupied.
This status will remain until the rent expired or tenant is manually move-out.
To change the units/apartment status, click on Units/Apartments menu.
This will take you to the list of all property unit managed.
Click on view detail. On this page you can change the status and click on submit button to save.
